Business Development Manager

Responsibilities :
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential large ecosystem partners which includes developing a strong understanding on clients and partners’ offerings and business models
  • Responsible for top line/revenue performance of each partner clients and build GTM (Go-To-Market) strategy together with partners to rally the organization around the highest leverage growth priorities
  • Has a strong data driven and growth-minded
  • Resolve complex issues and new strategic development with each client together across teams and functions
  • Prepare reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing partnership performances on a monthly basis together with Data team
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, finance and operations teams to develop winning product proposition to the market, winning brand and marketing efforts as well as the best end customer and partner client experience
  • Use a qualitative and quantitative data-driven model to measure, analyze, and synthesize actionable insights across the merchant lifecycle, and disseminate knowledge broadly across cross-functional partners

The must haves:

  • 3-4 years of work experiences in BD/partnerships and marketing
  • Experience working within the tech industry, with a familiarity of tech company metrics (especially regarding mobile apps)
  • Highly resourceful and knowledgeable about brand partnership, digital marketing, and social media campaign
  • Strategic thinking, understanding of the tech industry and online business, and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong strategic and structured thinking abilities in order to develop effective marketing frameworks
  • An analytical and data-driven mindset; a love for digging into data to understand what’s happening and to define & measure success on every project; familiarity with Pluang user metrics is a major plus
  • A self-driven work ethic with strong stakeholder management abilities in order to juggle multiple projects with stakeholders of various hierarchies
  • Strong project management skill in order to effectively handle various internal stakeholders of differing needs and backgrounds
  • Passion for the wealth tech industry
