Role Overview:
As part of our creative team, you will create copy and content writing assets for use across a wide variety of media, including social media, mobile platforms, and emerging media. You’ll work in a fun marketing team, supporting company goals and marketing initiatives. Pluang Copywriters are storytellers that use words and narratives to bring ideas to life. They lead brands into fresh creative territories through the skilled use of language in conveying messages, thoughts and feelings, also care for proper spelling and grammar. Most of all, they are problem solvers and approach projects with rational and innovative-collaborative mindset is an absolute must. 

Job Description:

  • Study design briefs and determine requirements
  • Creating campaign strategy: communication strategy, creating hashtag, up to creative ideation
  • Conceptualize copywriting and content writing based on requirements
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
  • Envision and create the tone and personality of a brand/campaign
  • Work with the creative director and product marketing to create the campaign communication idea
  • Test copy across various media
  • Ensure final copy is on point (grammar and ethics), also on-brand
  • Create visually stunning video assets and content
  • Collaborate with creative director to best support marketing goals
  • Take initiative on projects to over-deliver new and innovative solutions
  • Create graphic templates for easy use by other team members and client teams
  • Adhere to brand guidelines in ways that still push creative boundaries



  • Experience as a copywriter or in a related field for 2-3 years
  • Experienced in handling campaign, having background in advertising agency is a plus
  • Demonstrable copywriting skills with a strong portfolio
  • Has perfect grammar, a wide vocabulary, and can write in English and Bahasa
  • Detail-oriented with a good eye for overall output and understand of current trends
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to create a copy draft based on reference, and present it before creating the final output
  • Able to give and receive constructive criticism
  • Is a fresh thinker who embraces challenges and new methods of thinking
  • Excellent communication skills – Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
