Creative Lead

Role Overview:
As part of our creative team, you will create both graphic and motion graphic content and assets for use across a wide variety of media, including social media, mobile platforms, and emerging media. You’ll work in a fun marketing team, supporting company goals and marketing initiatives, meaning that a collaborative mindset is an absolute must. 

 

Job Description:

  • Study design briefs and determine requirements
  • Creating campaign strategy: communication strategy, creating hashtag, up to creative ideation, strategy, and up to the execution
  • Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
  • Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
  • Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs
  • Work with the creative director and product marketing to create the campaign and produce the final design
  • Test graphics across various media
  • Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
  • Create visually stunning video assets and content
  • Collaborate with content manager to best support marketing goals
  • Take initiative on projects to over-deliver new and innovative solutions
  • Create graphic templates for easy use by other team members and client teams
  • Adhere to brand guidelines in ways that still push creative boundaries

Qualifications:

  • Experience as a graphic designer or in a related field for 4-5 years
  • Experienced in handling campaign, having background in advertising agency is a plus
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio
  • Motion graphics, editing skill is a plus
  • Proficiency with the required software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign.
  • A strong eye for visual composition, typography, illustration, and understanding of current design trends.
  • Effective time management skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Able to create a design draft based on reference, and present it before creating the final output
  • Able to give and receive constructive criticism
  • Understanding of marketing, production, website design, corporate identity, UI, UX, advertisements, and multimedia design
  • Excellent communication skills – Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
