Job Responsibilities:
- Work with the business and others in Human Resources to develop effective organization in Pluang to drive organizational health
- Manage manpower planning headcount and budgeting (understand talent management, workforce capability needs, and market conditions)
- Provide input on workforce and succession planning as well as plans business unit restructuring and maintain the organization (restructure org, career mobility, promotion, expansion org, etc)
- Employee Development & Company Bonding:
- Creates learning and development programs and initiatives that provide internal development opportunities for employees
- Help with organizing of Company Bonding activities to improve the company culture within Pluang
- Drive the performance management reviews (socialize, timeline, tools, until bonus performance) and provide guidance, advice, and training to managers on managing performance issues at all level
- Provide coaching, counseling, and feedback to people ensuring consistently high standards of HR service delivery
- Partner with leaders and employees to address and resolve complex employee relations issues
Job Requirements:
- 6+ years experience in an HR Business Partner or other HR roles including coaching, employee relations, recruiting, compensation, training, and HR project management or program implementation
- Quick adapt in a fast-paced, collaborative working environment
- Demonstrated experience in organizational development, change management, coaching, and communications
- Strategic mindset with ability to apply innovative thinking to resolve issues & partner with key stakeholders in the business while leading business stakeholders from an operational perspective
- Self-motivated, self-confident, stress-resistant
