Partnerships Manager

Responsibilities :
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential partners within financial industry ecosystem which includes developing a strong understanding on clients and partners’ offerings and business models
  • Create partnership proposals, process flows, commercial offerings, and work together with Product, Engineering and Operations to come up with the execution and SLAs
  • Resolve complex issues and new strategic development with each client together across teams and functions
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, finance and operations teams to develop winning product proposition to the market, winning brand and marketing efforts as well as the best end customer and partner client experience
  • Use a qualitative and quantitative data-driven model to measure, analyze, and synthesize actionable insights across the potential partners.

The must haves:

  • 3-4 years of work experiences in strategic partnerships/BD.
  • Experience working within the tech industry, with a familiarity of tech company metrics (especially regarding mobile apps)
  • Highly resourceful and knowledgeable about strategic partnerships
  • Strategic thinking, understanding of the tech industry and online business, and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong strategic and structured thinking abilities in order to develop effective partnerships frameworks
  • A self-driven work ethic with strong stakeholder management abilities in order to juggle multiple projects with stakeholders of various hierarchies
  • Strong project management skill in order to effectively handle various internal stakeholders of differing needs and backgrounds
  • Passion for the wealth tech industry
