- Establish overall company and product-level strategies, identify and analyze growth levers, implement and execute the plans to ensure business objectives are achieved
- Co-own conversion and business uplift metrics in addition to developing new metrics to drive decision making, troubleshooting, and achievement of objectives
- Synthesize a large amount of data to derive actionable business insights and present findings to senior management and stakeholders
- Ideate, plan, and execute initiatives and/or experiments to generate uplift to company/product-level objectives
- Conduct sound post-analysis of initiatives/experiments together with the product, marketing, finance, and operations teams and drive iterative development/scale-up of the initiatives
- Assist in managing P&L of the company and products, including managing financial metrics across multiple functions covering marketing, operations, and finance
- Provide support to analyze and develop proposals for new business opportunities and problem-solve key business/operational challenges
Qualification:
- Are passionate about financial investing, and an avid investor yourself (either in gold, mutual funds, crypto, or other asset classes)
- Have at least 2 years of relevant experience within Growth/Revenue Management/Analytics/Growth Marketing at high growth technology companies
- Are proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and SQL
- Deployed experiments or in charge of growth initiatives in the past, with end-to-end ownership from ideation to iteration
- Have strong strategic thinking, sound analytics, commercial acumen, and presentation skills; plus point if you have managed entire or some P&L items
- Understand and have been continuously optimizing user, product, and/or marketing-related metrics through creative ideation and relentless prioritization
- Possess the strong interpersonal ability to communicate and influence senior stakeholders and peers
